Green Seasoning is a staple Caribbean paste or sauce made from all-natural ingredients such as cilantro, culantro, thyme, garlic etc. and is used mostly as a marinade for meats, seafood, vegetables, beans, and rice & peas!
Various households and various Caribbean islands have their own version. Trinidadian green seasoning is actually the original version of this.
How Do You Use Green Seasoning??
